Sunday - Firestorm 2007
Hello Everyone,
It is Sunday again and rather than it being a very fun and happy exciting and action packed day it is a very solemn time. There has been an unfortunate series of events leading to several fatal and highly volatile fires across the county. Many people have been affected as a result of the numerous blazes. Several pets and homes have been lost and many more could possibly be destroyed. Hopefully you are all safe and if in the area adhering to the police and new medias orders to evacuate as directed. My family has a home in Ramona, Ca which is where the Witch fire is and at this point the home is safe, roads directly after the exit were blocked off and traffic advised to turn back, so there is no telling if everyhting will be okay or not.
Instead of focusing on my outfit today, I ask that you observe a moment of silence in honor and respect for those who are helping to fight these fires and get people to safe grounds during these trying times. Also, we need to pray for those who have not been so lucky and who are in need of food, shelter and support due to the stress of the evacuation of them and their families and pets as well as coping with the loss of homes and material possessions that had to be left behind.
